2021 Proprietary Red

From Texas vineyards, our 2021 Proprietary Red (112 cases) is a compelling blend of 41% Syrah, 36% Mourvèdre, and 23% Grenache. Stainless steel fermentation preserves its vibrant character, while 18 months in neutral oak softens and integrates. The nose offers wild blackberry, brandied cherry, and earthy undertones. On the palate, enjoy notes of strawberry pie, raspberry jam, and a touch of clove. This 13.9% ABV red is a unique taste of Texas terroir.
